Borbala Szeles, Postdoc and Dušan Marjanović, PhD student of the Vienna Doctoral Programme on Water Resource Systems won one of the best oral presentations and the best poster award at the 20th Biennial Conference of the Euro-Mediterranean Network of Experimental and Representative Basins (ERB), held from 7 to 10 July 2026 at the Faculty of Water Sciences of the Ludovika University of Public Service in Baja, Hungary.
Borbala's talk focused on drop size distribution linked to soil erosion in the Hydrological Open Air Laboratory (HOAL), Austria. Dušan's poster explained the evaluation of grassed waterways in the HOAL through hydrodynamic modelling.
